A cuisine born of the Causse and the river
Our chef cooks up whatever Lozère has to offer this week.
The Aubrac beef comes from neighbors we know well. The trout is practically from the river across the way. The cheeses come from the Aubrac Plateau, Lozère, and Aveyron. Our eggs and poultry are from Margeride. The bread comes from the village bakery, but we also bake our own. You could call it regional cuisine. We prefer to call it “cuisine from our neighbors."

The Menu through the seasons
Our menu changes with the seasons.
In the spring, the first asparagus and fresh cheeses from Lozère and Aveyron.
In summer, vegetables from the local farmer and trout from the village fish farm.
In the fall, game, mushrooms from the nearby woods, and Aubrac beef, which is making a strong comeback.
In winter, hearty, warming dishes, Massegros lentils, and aligot for your group meals.
In the morning, overlooking the Lot River
Before you leave, treat yourself to one last moment of relaxation.
In the morning, take your time heading downstairs to savor a gourmet breakfast, lulled by the calm and the gentle murmur of the Lot River. A simple, timeless moment to start your day off right.
As with the rest of your stay, we prioritize local products from Lozère and Aveyron, as well as homemade dishes, so you can discover the flavors of our region.
